“Dear sir, Because of the Financial Crisis in the world we have designed a new piggy bank that will suit your economic resources better. The piggy bank can be collected in the nearest local branch.”

Yes, but you forgot to mention the truly depressing part of the offer. Emaciated though that pig may be, if you fill it up you can take it into your local branch and buy the entire bank.
