Zhang Kui is a Chinese man who has been married to Lv Fengshuang for 27 years. For the last 10 years his wife has been in coma after suffering a head injury in an industrial accident.
He has tried everything to wake her up but nothing worked. After finding out that the feet are the body part for many nerves, he came up with an idea to bite her feet.
For the past 10 years he has been biting her feet – until she suddenly squeezed his wrist.
Mrs. Fengshuang is now able to move her arms and smile, although she is still unable to speak.
